These days, several schools in Methuen, Camden, Miami, Boston, etc. are installing gun detection systems on their premises. These systems are connected with local law enforcement agencies.

Company called Shooter Detection Systems has installed these systems at various schools in Methuen. The company’s CEO, Christian Connors, described these devices as simple gun spoke alarm system which was developed for military purpose.
He also explained that there are as many as 60 of these units installed inside schools. These devices can send messages to 911, along with certain intergraded smart phones apps and police scanners.

Connors also shared the information that his company is installing the technology in two more schools, in California, Virginia and also at certain airports.

This, and similar other gun detection systems can help cops to point out the exact location of a gunman during school shooting…. MORE
